AC Milan Academy DMV proudly teaches AC Milan methodology. The AC Milan methodology focuses on the development of young players' motor, technical, tactical, and psychological skills through activities that seek individual improvement. The AC Milan Method is a playful and educational project that aims to consolidate and improve the motor, technical, tactical, and psychological skills of the young player through the game developed with different objectives. The consolidation and improvement of individual skills are the basis for the growth of the young player who, through play and training, acquires essential experience and skills comparing with opponents and in the relationship with teammates in the game of soccer.
The primary aim of training a young player is to acquire the technical, tactical, and motor skills typical of the game of soccer without forgetting the attention to the player’s mental, cognitive, relational development.
Play has a very important influence on the maturation of the central nervous system, and on the development of cognitive, emotional, and social skills. Through this wonderful and essential activity children can experience the ability to express themselves, to interpret what is happening, to take initiative, to modulate emotionality, to interact with others and adapt to the most varied situations.
